Hobs Hole Oyster Farm is family owned and operated by Julie Archer, a lifelong Plymouth resident. The farm was established in 2015 and is located in America's Hometown of Plymouth Massachusetts .  It sits on White Flat in the Cordage Park area just outside of Plymouth Harbor in Plymouth Bay.  White Flat is located where three bodies of water converge; Plymouth, Kingston and Duxbury Bay. This location creates a briny fresh taste for the ocean grown oysters. 

Hobs Hole Oyster delivers a quality oyster that has been cared for by hand since the day it arrived on the farm. Growing, protecting, and harvesting quality oysters requires advanced knowledge of aquacultural elements. Hobs Hole Oyster has gone through training in these methods to ensure the highest quality oyster guaranteeing quality starting with the planting phase up to the final harvest.
